Ace the Case
Overview
A couple of my friends and I participated in the Deloitte x UTESCA Case Competition, where we took home 2nd place and $150!
The competition was judged by Deloitte consultants, and the case was about a construction/engineering company, ElectroNovate, that needed a new project management system. We pitched our recommendation, as well as a year long implementation plan using different analysis methods I learned at PwC.
